The Railwaymen Supporters Society are pleased to announce that we will be holding our next Foodbank collection before the home game with Forest Green on the 21st March 2020.
The Foodbank will operate between 13:00 and 14:45 before the game and will be located just outside the Club Shop.
In February we managed to raise 481KG of food with a great turn out from the fans. Thank you very much for your kind donations.
It would be great if we could match the on field success with it off the pitch as well again this month! We’re asking everyone to please dig deep again with their donations. We’re after all of the usual food donations but on top of that, if you have any seasonal items such as Kids Easter eggs, it may help to cheer up some kids that would normally go without.
When the Foodbanks are conducted, the type of food that we require includes:
Cereal
Soup
Pasta
Rice
Tinned tomatoes/ pasta sauce
Lentils, beans and pulses
Tinned meat
Tinned vegetables
Tea/coffee
Tinned fruit
Biscuits
UHT milk
Fruit juice
