Over the last the course of this season it has been a very different experience for fans of all football clubs. We have been denied entry to matches due to COVID restrictions but we have been privileged to have iFollow as a service that has given us access to live matches.
I say that we have been privileged as it gives us that access but the experience hasn’t always been a smooth one for fans. Whilst the majority of fans have enjoyed the experience, there have also been connectivity issues, buffering, latency and payment issues.
The Football Supporters Association (FSA) have been in discussion with iFollow about how the issues can be addressed and hat an be done better. They are currently running a survey to get more feedback about iFollow that then can use.
